How did twenty retired people from Marseille end up on one of the most prestigious theatre stages in Paris? Nurses, housewives, teachers and doctors, aged 60 to 87 years with no experience of choreography, interpret the masterwork of Stravinsky, The Rite of Spring. Resulting of 7 years of work with the revolutionary choreographer Thierry Thieû Niang, the show was applauded throughout France. How did this project enrich the lives of the participants, liberate them, give them new faith in themselves and bring a little bit of spring to their autumn? The film retraces this extraordinary human voyage to its apogee.
